Auto Transformer's are utilized to Limit Inrush starting Current and thus reduces starting Torque in AC Motors under Starting Condition. ATS Starter are used from 25 HP to 100 HP Motors. We are manufacturing and testing ATS as per Standards.

Low Voltage Current Transformers are intended for supply to measuring instruments & protection devices of electrical switchgear and control gears installation. We are manufacturing Tape wound LT CT from 30A to 4000 A, Accuracy class and burden as per customer requirement. We are manufacturing and testing CT as per IS 2705.

Line choke is an inductance connected to the VFD input or output circuit. It is a component that forms a magnetic field as current flows through it and when the current increases, it limits the increment in current by producing a voltage or emf across it that opposes it. This protects the VFD from unwanted spikes, transients, and harmonics. The reactor is used on either the input side or output side of the VFD. We have manufacturing capacity upto 30 HP, 415 V Copper wound Line Choke.

Detuned Reactors prevent harmonic amplification caused due to RESONANCE and avoid the risk of overloading capacitors, thereby significantly reducing voltage and current harmonic distortion in the network. All connected equipment, and even remote substations are subject to voltage fluctuations which may result in equipment malfunction or failure. To avoid this problem, it is common to insert reactors in series with capacitor banks. We have manufacturing facility upto 25 KVAr, 440V, Copper wound Detuned Reactors.
